I “see” you. I do believe in soulmates, but most of all, I believe that Karma brings you together with someone you connected with in a past life. People have come and gone from my life for a reason. I’ve come to realize this more and more as I age gracefully. There were lessons I needed to learn along the way, and these people played an important role, for better or worse, in those lessons. My best friend is also my soulmate, and our relationship has evolved into a mature, mutually respectful one that still has room for growth. We accept each other’s imperfections and celebrate our successes and history. A soulmate relationship does not necessarily have to involve romance. Look around you. Who do you truly connect with? Will they be there in your darkest hour? Do they understand you at a deep level? Can you be yourself without fear of rejection or abandonment? That is your soulmate.
