Keep your chin up and pay attention. Learn from your mistakes, but don’t repeat them or dwell on them. Every day is an opportunity to grow, so embrace it and make each moment count. It’s okay to change your mind, question your beliefs, and decide for yourself what feels right or wrong. Don’t echo the ugliness others spread. Be true to yourself. Believe in your humanity, your capacity for inclusion, and your kindness. Above all, make your own choices rather than letting your peers make them for you.
When you fall, dust yourself off and keep going. Nothing is permanent. Value your humanity and your capacity to love.
