Sunday Mellow Sunday, Meeting my friend for a frappe at the bookstore, stress-free.

Sunday is still one of my favorite days. Yep, days seem to meld together when you are retired. I find myself thinking Thursday is Friday! But not “Sunday Mellow Sunday,” the day I play my music loud on the TV while I prepare my Sunday meal and sip my coffee. On this day, I recharge my spirituality by listening to Buddha’s teachings at the Kadampa Meditation Center (KMC) in Lauderdale by the Sea or at home.

The day to go out thrift store shopping looking for unique pieces to complete my BoHo decor at home, or stop by a favorite bookstore to meet a friend and enjoy a Starbucks Frappuccino. Another favorite Sunday activity is a pleasant walk through the Morikami Japanese Gardens in Boca Raton, FL

Sunday is Mellow Sunday when I dance freely and twirl in the kitchen with Celia Cruz, singing on the Amazon Echo. I let go of all my worries and stress for the week.
